Fantastic homemade Italian pasta making course

Our Italian master Giancarlo will teach you the art of fresh homemade Italian pasta according to the traditional recipe.

The lessons include four different types of pasta, one of which consists of ravioli and a sauce to be refined for each type made from scratch.

The course is developed in two weekly appointments, 8 lessons of 2 hours, for a total of four weeks, one for each type of pasta.

The course is divided into:

• Theoretical part, our Master Chef Giancarlo will illustrate the history of the origins of fresh Italian pasta and its evolution;

• Demonstrative part, you will be given demonstration of the preparation of homemade pasta, starting from scratch;

• Hands-on, your practice on the preparation and the correct result;

• Demonstration and preparation of the sauce to be paired by the Chef;

• Hands-on, your practice on the preparation and the correct result;

• Cooking and presentation of the dish.

The 4 homemade pastas will be:

• Fettuccine and Tagliolini

• Ravioli

• Gnocchi

• Fusilli

Cost of the course $275 per person.

8 lessons ( 2 hours each lesson) + certificate of "fresh homemade Italian pasta"

As gift an educational kit to prepare pasta.

There will be a raffle of two numbers:

A gift card for $ 50 to be used at Le Sorelle Restaurant

An experience in the kitchen for a real test with our Master Chef Giancarlo, taken one of our restaurants;

The lessons are shared with the other participants;

Number of participants maximum 10 people;

Every person has a workstation;

The lessons lost can be recovered if previously agreed.
